After July 1, 2026, other than selling off existing inventory, we will no longer be associated with the OZAT brand, or and representatives, agents or affiliated partners.  What will continue under the NeoTorq name is our commitment to American manufacturing and the product strength and quality standards we have built.

Although our name is changing, what you appreciated about working with us remains unchanged.

Orders

• Neotorq will still honor the same discounts as before

• Scheduled product releases, open items, custom projects or backorders will still ship as expected from NeoTorq

• Any quotes in the system before July 1st will still be valid with NeoTorq

• Portal users – you should experience no changes other than you may have to re-enter your password
